Print adjustment

It's necessary to makes the adjustment of the program to the print because the print's forms have not always the same proportions especially among different countries, then somebody print on photocopies of the forms, and almost always the photocopy is far from the original one also of some millimeters.

Print a test page, of the monthly account report on a white sheet and verify looking against the light with the original one on which you will have to print (attention if photocopies are used, they very probably won't maintain the proportions of the original one) if lining up the first line and column to the up left, also the whole rest is lined up, (in this phase it is not important if all the sheet is moved to the right or  left or up or down) otherwise to increase or to decrease according to the necessities, the proportions of the print with the button “correction”. When the print is perfectly adapted to the original form, verify if all the print must be moved from the top or from the left (top and left alignment).
If there is some printed datum out of its field it can also intervene on the absolute coordinates of every datum, modifying the value of the line and column (see the help in the parameters print table).

When the monthly account report is ok to pass to the accounts sheet.
Print and to verify looking against the light as above, if they require corrections DO NOT MODIFY the proportions anymore with the button “correction”, to modify the absolute values of one or more than the following lines:
1) description of the congregation, (column “row” records: 3, 4, 5 and 6)
2) first line of the accounts aloft (of the 52 total lines)
3) total of all the columns.
then if the lines following lose the print step and they go on the grate that separates the lines of the accounts sheet, it is necessary to modify the print step of the lines, in the print parameters table for the accounts sheet, (buttons 1 of 4, line 17, field "row", it contains the print step. The line 18 to the field "row" contains the absolute coordinate of the total one of the first page. If necessary the line 22 contains the total one for the second page.
